Tres Leches in Mason Jars

Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads, Grandfathers, Dog & Cat Dads, Step-Dads, Like-Dads! This Sunday I'll be making Tres Leches again, but this time in Mason Jars. They've been a hit with my family and we hope they will be for your Father's Day celebration too. Yields: 10-12 individual servings INGREDIENTS 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder  ½ cup unsalted butter  1 cup white sugar   5 eggs  ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste  2 cups whole milk  1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk  1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk  1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream  1 cup white sugar  1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste. Cranberry Orange Shortbread Cookies with Dark Chocolate and Flaked Sea Salt

These cranberry orange shortbread cookies are so delicate but have a burst of bright cranberry and orange flavor. They are easy to make and perfect for a Thanksgiving dessert! My cousin Laurie shared her amazing recipe; I added vanilla bean paste (because I am obsessed) and some Maldon French sea salt to give them my own little twist.
